Loose Leaf Tea

I love loose leaf oolong tea not just for the taste, but also the calm energized state it induces, and the art of making it. My collection also includes whites, greens, blacks, and pu’er. Next I’ll focus on teas outside of China and Taiwan.

Drawing

I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands, building things or drawing since childhood. Without surgery, I find working on my car but more importantly drawing to be an outlet to scratch that itch.

Check out my personal reading list with favorites from a wide variety of categories. More recently, I’ve explored beyond non-fiction and found tremendous value in fiction as well.

Cycling

Cycling is more than just a way to improve my cardiovascular fitness and metabolic health, but also explore new cities and still enjoy the speed-induced adrenaline rush when I’m not behind the wheel of a sports car. After my Seattle to Portland jaunt, I’m looking for the next epic bike adventure.

Cars

My greatest life long passion, I indulge in the beauty and enjoyment of automobiles beyond Jubbal & Cars. I regularly attend cars & coffee, instruct at HPDE track days, and my next business venture will likely be focused around cars and driving enthusiasts.
